Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why should I use VIP?
A: VIP has partnered with businesses since 1992 to manage the wireless services of those businesses. VIP has saved these businesses money, time, and frustration. Dealing with a management company (without fees) instead of a huge corporation works best for all concerned.
Q: Can I call VIP to make changes or order equipment?
A: You can either call or email VIP to make changes to your wireless service or add equipment and accessories.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum number of lines VIP will manage for a business?
A: The minimum number of lines is four: there is no maximum.
Q: How do I cancel an existing wireless service agreement without paying early termination fees?
A: Call VIP and we’ll let you know if VIP can get an agreement cancelled without early termination fees. It depends on the carrier and the length of time remaining on the contract.
Q: What is a cellular bill analysis (CBA)?
A: An in-depth review of your company’s cellular usage, plans, and features.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract or make a future commitment to get a free cellular bill analysis (CBA)?
A: No; there are no contracts, no commitments, no obligations now or in the future.
Q: Why don’t I get an CBA from my carrier instead of VIP Wireless?
A: This is a common question. The answer, though obvious to those in the wireless industry, is not easily seen by the consumer. The fact is that all carriers stress Average Revenue Per Unit (ARPU). An important factor employed when measuring the success of any carrier is ARPU. ARPU contributes to the stock value of all carriers. A carrier’s profit is directly influenced by ARPU. Rhetorically, why would any carrier recommend changes that would reduce ARPU? (Answer, they won’t.) The carrier’s concern is its bottom line whereas VIP’s focus is on helping its customers save money while getting great service.
Q: Why should I get an CBA?
A: Studies show that 4 out 5 companies pay too much for wireless service. VIP’s quick, easy and free CBA determines if your company is paying too much for its cell phone service. A CBA results in an average savings of 22% for business users.
Q: What will a CBA tell me?
A: The CBA will show if you’re paying too much, if you’re on the correct plan(s), and if you’re missing out on discounts you’re entitled to get.
Q: How much does a CBA cost?
A: The CBA is free and there is no future obligation.
Q: Why does VIP Wireless do my CBA for free?
A: VIP is a wireless management company. The free CBA is VIP’s way of not only introducing itself but also demonstrating to a prospect how useful VIP’s services are. Once a business sees the advantages of using VIP – the time and money saved – the business often allows VIP’s professional team to manage its wireless account. VIP makes its money by doing any future added lines, upgrading equipment, and providing wireless accessories to the business (only at the specific request of the business and only as needed).
Q: How much time will it cost me?
A: You need take only a minute to fax or email your most recent cellular bill to VIP. You can also mail it. That’s it.
Q: What do I have to do to get a free CBA?
A: Simply fax, email, or mail your most recent cellular bill to VIP.
Q: How fast will I get the CBA?
A: You’ll typically have your CBA in less than 24 hours.
Q: How do I benefit from a CBA?
A: Most businesses save money after having an CBA. However, even in those rare instances where the business doesn’t save money, it nevertheless receives the reassurance that it is not spending too much for cellular service. That reassurance in itself is valuable..
Q: Am I obligated in any way to VIP Wireless once I get the free CBA?
A: No. The CBA is free and there’s no further obligation.
